All of our items are delivered in discreet packaging to give you peace of mind. Orders are dispatched via either tracked Royal Mail or DPD courier service to ensure it arrives safely to you. You will receive an email from us once your package is on it's way.

24 hour delivery - order before 3pm
48 hour delivery - order before 6pm
Guaranteed next-day delivery - order before 3pm
Saturday and Sunday
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like an exchange or to return an item please send your order back to us along with your order number and the reason for returning. Please send items back to us via tracked delivery to ensure they arrive safely.
Please note all lingerie must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the tags still attached. Any toys or accessories must be unused and still in their original packaging.
Unfortunately there are a few items that cannot be exchanged or refunded these are:
- Any sex toy or accessory where the packaging has been opened, unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.
- Lingerie which has been used or that has had the hygiene seal and or tags removed
- Hosiery that has been worn or where the seal is broken
If you receive damaged or faulty items please contact us before returning.
